I've asked multiple friends who are in the medical profession and all of them say, go for it. Also, try Vitamin E oil. Just get the caplets and cut the end w/scissors, then rub the oil into your nail beds. Hope this helps!
I use AVON's
E.L.F. has a Norishing Cuticle Pen, it is only a dollar and it works great! I have had it since Christmas and I use it once a twice a week and it still has a ton left! You just wipe the pen on your nails and cuticles and you will see improvement. http://www.eyeslipsface.com/elf/nails/tools/nourishing_cuticle_pen
Go to sally beauty supply and pick up a bottle of nail magic. It rules and if you apply it as the directions say to then you will have beautiful nails in no time!!!
