I want to whiten my teeth as they are yellow in color, but not stained (no smoking, coffee, wine, etc.). I’m very much careful about my oral hygiene and tried to avoid foods that cause stains. I’m very much disappointed as my teeth color is noticeable. A friend of mine suggested me to go for professional teeth whitening procedure from Gables Dental Care in Florida. Is it worth spending money on it? I thought of doing some DIY teeth whitening methods, but gave up as I’m afraid to do. What if it turns out bad? Any suggestions?
